Rental Policy
Rules and guidelines for renting items from LABSA.

1. Rental Period
All LABSA rentals are for a fixed period of 72 hours (3 days), beginning from the time of pickup at LABSA Nairobi. The return deadline is calculated from the exact pickup time recorded by our system.
2. Reservation
Items can be reserved through the LABSA website or by contacting our team via WhatsApp. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved items are held for 24 hours from the confirmed pickup time. If not collected within this window, the reservation may be released.
3. Pickup
All rentals must be picked up in person at LABSA Nairobi, Adams Arcade, Ngong Road. Our team will have your reserved items ready for fitting. You may try items on in our fitting area before confirming your rental.
4. Care of Items
Rented items must be treated with reasonable care. Do not wash, iron, alter, or attempt to repair any rented item. If an item is stained, damaged, or returned in a condition that prevents it from being rented again, you may be charged a repair or replacement fee.
5. Return
Items must be returned to LABSA Nairobi within the 72-hour rental period. Returns are accepted during store hours. Items should be returned in the same condition as received, in the provided garment bag or packaging.
6. Late Returns
Late returns attract fees as follows: 1-24 hours late: Ksh 500. 24-48 hours late: Ksh 1,000. 48-72 hours late: Ksh 2,000. Beyond 72 hours late: Ksh 3,500 and account flagging. Full replacement value may apply for items not returned within 7 days.
7. Damage and Loss
If a rented item is damaged beyond normal wear, you will be charged a repair fee. If an item is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full replacement value of the item. LABSA will assess damage on a case-by-case basis.
