Refund & Exchange Policy
LABSA's policy on refunds and exchanges for rentals and purchases.

1. Rental Refunds
Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun (i.e., once the item has been picked up from LABSA Nairobi). If you cancel a reservation before pickup, a full refund will be issued.
2. Membership Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you cancel your membership, it remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
3. Beauty Product Refunds
Beauty products purchased from LABSA may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
4. Exchanges
If a rented item does not fit or meet your expectations, you may exchange it for another available item during your fitting session at LABSA Nairobi. Exchanges after pickup are subject to availability and may require a visit to the store.
5. Defective Items
If you receive a rental item that is defective or not as described, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or visit LABSA Nairobi. Please include your membership number, order details, and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
